Initial Assessment

Initial assessments take place at the first appointment. These appointments are use do gather data, complete intake information, and to determine the best course of care. If ongoing counseling is recommended, I will diligently work to provide the best therapeutic methods and tools available.

Rates

Please contact me to discuss my rates. A session is approximately 50 minutes.

Insurance

I am on multiple insurance plans. Please contact me to determine if I am a provider for your specific plan. I also provide all the necessary paperwork for my out of network clients to be reimbursed by their insurance provider. The majority of my clients receive some form of reimbursement from their insurance for out of network services. Please contact me and we can discuss how to proceed to receive insurance coverage.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not attend your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.

Payment

Cash, Credit Card (Visa, MC, American Express, Discover) or check accepted for payment at the time of service.
